Rant & Rave
A business that nobody talks about will eventually be forgotten. Get your customers talking about you. Ask for and initiate feedback. Raving fans are great, and ranting, upset customers are great too. I guarantee a ranting mad customer is better than one who gives you no feedback at all. Remember, a ranting upset customer can turn into your biggest raving fan, if you handle their concerns with ownership, accountability, and responsibility!
